After two days of ice treatments, switch to heat treatment. Set a heating pad on medium to low,
and place on the affected hip. Do not lie on the heating pad because it can overheat and cause burns. A hot tub set to 90 degrees Fahrenheit can also act as a heat treatment.

Exercise:

To keep your strength and flexibility up, try an aquatic workout. The water helps relieve the pressure on your hips. Try some stretching exercises to relax and strengthen the hip muscles. This helps rehabilitate the hip and protect against future injury. Yoga can enhance the flexibility of the hip. If you feel pain while exercising the area, stop. Let your hip recover a little longer
before trying again.

* Get some iodine tincture from drugstore and apply it onto your mole for 2 to 3 days consecutively. Use it before you go to sleep and leave it overnight to allow it soak into the mole. You will see your mole to be totally gone after 3 days.

* Onion juice is also very effective in making the moles grow dimmer.

* Apply a paste containing castor oil and a pinch of baking soda to your moles daily.

* Put the banana pulp on the moles daily for several months.

* If you apply the juice of cauliflower over your moles daily, then you will notice that the moles will fall automatically within a few days.

* Try to go for the foods rich in potassium or take apple cider vinegar that is rich in potassium. This will cure your moles permanently.

* Squeeze out the milky juice from the stems of a fig tree and apply on top of the moles.

* Rub olive oil in the scalp. This would help reduce hair loss.

* Extract juice from green coriander leaves. Apply this juice on the head. This proves worthwhile in treating hair loss.

* Applying coconut milk is also beneficial in treating hair loss. Massage the hair roots with this and rinse it after some time.

* Smear Red Henna on the scalp and wait for 1 hour, then wash, Repeat for 10-14 days. Be ware your hair will turn red from the henna.

* Mix equal amount of warm castor and almond oil and massage over scalp at least once a week.

* Place raw mango pulp in some oil for a year. Massage this oil on the scalp frequently.

* Make a hair pack by mixing amla (Indian goose berry) powder with one egg. Apply it to your hair and leave for half an hour. Wash hair.

* Do not wash your hair more than 2 times in a week. If you use any shampoo, use only a mild shampoo.

* Do not wash your hair with too hot water.
