* Avoid rich diets for dinner. Ayurvedic diets favor lighter meals at night which is taken at least 3 hours before going to bed.


* Avoid alcohol or caffeine beverages, especially before going to sleep. Nicotine also leads to sleep deprivation, so quit smoking.


* Maintain a regular sleep schedule. Even if you do not sleep immediately, keep the schedule by going to bed and going up the same time each day, even on weekends.


* Do meditation for helping you deal with day-to-day stresses and worries. Stress is the worst enemy of sleep.


* Combing hair before retiring is also a good practice for good night's sleep.


* Prepare your bedroom for a goodnight rest by keeping it dark and apply slow music that will induce sleepiness.


* If married, make love to your partner. Its relaxing and helps you in getting a good quality sleep.


* Avoid sleeping during the day. If you can't, make it as short as possible. Twenty minutes daytime nap is rejuvenating enough to recharge you for the rest of the day.


* Massage feet, calves, nape of the neck and shoulders.


* Warm bath and reading before you go to sleep may help induce sleepiness, as well.

Frequent Urination Treatment

Frequent urination means needing to urinate more often than usual. Urgent urination is a sudden, compelling urge to urinate, along with discomfort in your bladder. Most people typically urinate four to eight times a day. Needing to go more than eight times a day or waking up in the night to go to the bathroom more than once in the night is considered frequent urination.

* Fresh Aloe Vera juice is applied directly to dissolve warts and tone the skin.

* Increase the amount of sulfur containing amino acids in your diet by eating more asparagus, citrus fruits, eggs, garlic, and onions.

* The fresh plant, sap (figs) or concentrate (papain) can be applied; any of these can be taped to the skin for several hours.

* Another common and popular method of wart removal include applying a single drop of essential lemon oil directly on the wart itself. Repeat as necessary until wart is gone.

* Rubbing a banana peel on your wart for a few weeks as well is supposed to be a big help. One should rub the banana peel multiple times during the course of the day for maximum effectiveness.

* Place a small amount of toothpaste on the wart. Cover with a Bandaid or plaster and repeat daily. Wart should be gone in about a week.

* Cover the wart with clear nail polish and let it dry. When the nail polish wears off repeat the process. The wart should be gone in two weeks.

* Tape an aspirin tablet to the wart and change the tablet daily. The wart will be gone in 1 - 2 weeks.

* Buy a small bottle of liquid kelp. apply to wart and cover with a Bandaid or a plaster. Repeat daily and at the same time add 2 3 drops of the liquid kelp to one of your drinks each day.
